GROUP STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
A training program for anyone that wants to get fit, strong and lean. Training consists of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), mobility and strength training using a variety of strength and conditioning training methods.

YOUTH STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
Program designed for youths ages 12-16, which focuses on an athlete style of training including plyometric exercises, callisthenics, strength and conditioning drills. mobility, and flexibility.

VIRTUAL STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
A virtual training program for anyone that wants to get fit, strong and lean. Train in the comfort of your own home, a perfect way to train if your a fly in fly out worker, or if you live afar and want to join the Shred n Rip crew.

1 on 1 PERSONAL TRAining
We specialise in athlete development and overall health and fitness. 1 on 1 training is the best way to reach your goals the fastest.
All programs are specific and tailored to the athlete or client, which means you will be training and developing specific areas of your body that will enhance your performance and make you a fitter, faster, stronger version of yourself.
