Hi there, My names Clint, I am an Online Personal Trainer and Online Strength & Conditioning Coach. Heath and Fitness has been a passion of mine for over 15 years, I base my training methods from personal experience, research studies and qualifications gained over that period of time including Level 2 ASCA certified, cert 3 & 4 in Fitness, Boxing for Fitness, Kettle bells Level 1 & 2 certified, Suspension training certified, Functional training & Mobility training certified, Diploma in Advanced Sports and Exercise Nutrition, and many other qualifications. I always strive to help my clients get the results they are after, whether its losing unwanted weight, toning up, improving athletic performance, I know I can get you to where you want to be! Focusing on every aspect in health and fitness including goal setting, nutrition guidelines, mental well-being, motivation, support and the right training program Athletes will become fitter, stronger, faster and the everyday person will be introduced to a healthy lifestyle that is second to none whilst doing all the training from home!!
My training is based around Strength and Conditioning programming which includes Resistance training, Circuit training, HIIT, and Boxing.
I have Online and Virtual training groups suited to anyone that's looking to get fit as well as specific Strength and Conditioning programs for youth ages from 12-17 yrs old.
